Opportunities
This industry is exciting and growing fast. With the Clare’s group, we are in constant need of talented and passionate individuals to grow with our team. Here are some of the departments we look for teammates.
Sales
Our sales teams is very well-versed in the Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM and CFMOTO lineup of bikes, atvs and side by sides. By knowing our products and getting to know our customers, they fit them with the perfect motorcycle or atv for their riding style. Starting on the floor and being the face of our dealership, there is an opportunity to grow into managerial and team leader roles, train new employees, and possibly grow into other departments.
Merchandise and Apparel
The Merchandise and Apparel team gets to shine when our customers come in and are looking to stay protected, gear up, or shop for their friends and family. They have a passion for the current riding styles and get excited about outfitting their customers with the latest and greatest. We see these team members grow into managerial roles and across departments.
Parts & Accessories
In our Parts & Accessories department, we like to bring on team members who know motorcycle parts and MORE. They understand the value of personalization and performance while knowing the right parts to get their customers set up and running, each in their own unique way. Any customer that comes in trusts that our Parts & Accessories team is going to get them taken care of with the best.
Service
Our service department is the heartbeat of our dealership. Once our customers have been fitted with their perfect Motorcycle, our service department personalizes their bikes and keeps them out on the road. We look for trained licensed service technicians, and experienced service writers, and provide opportunities to grow into managerial roles.
Administrative
We have various administrative roles within our dealership that keep us running smoothly for both our customers and our staff. There are roles in finance, business development, marketing, customer service, front desk, and more. If you have a passion for motorcycles and the lifestyle but have more administrative skills, we've got a great workplace with many opportunities for growth internally and throughout our dealership network.
